Pentart Decoupage Varnish & Glue Silky Shine is a water-based all-in-one varnish and glue that dries with a semi-gloss finish. It's really easy to use underneath and also on the top of your rice paper or napkins. When applying the varnish on top of your paper start from the centre moving outwards to remove any air bubbles. Remember to wet ordinary paper first before gluing it. |
