Pentart Decoupage Varnish & Glue Matte is a water-based all-in-one glue and varnish which dries with a matte finish. It's very easy to use underneath and on top of your rice paper and napkins. Start from the centre of your project moving outwards to remove any air bubbles. If you're using ordinary paper, remember to wet the back before gluing it into position. |
