Pentart Decoupage Varnish & Glue - Glitter is a water-based varnish and glue in one. Designed to be used for decoupage - the finished result sparkles! The varnish spreads easily and evenly and it can be used underneath and also on the top of your rice paper or napkin. Soak regular paper before gluing it. On the top, apply from the centre moving to the sides to remove any air bubbles. It can be used on glass surfaces. |
